This is a PSD, so you can edit it!I hope that no one thinks I want them to use that plain font, in yellow no less!
I wanted to offer this so people who don't have the means to make their own sheets could, and so that I have a template for myself later.
You're welcome to change the shapes, the fonts, the colors, the layout, ANYTHING YOU WANT!
