I drew this as fanart for a novel (fanfic) called "I know what's beneath the Snow Fields".This is my own version of Aeris in the story. The motif is based on a quote from the fanfic.
To be honest, as many times as I've drawn her, this is the first pic I actually dare to submit and share with others, haha.
And I thought I could get away with just ink and color pencils, but nope. So, I used permanent markers for the flowers.

Great composition! The hole background is really pretty and doesn't "fight" for our attention with the girl, that is supposed to be the main part of the drawing. Good balance in the pic!
The girl is really well drawn. Her face looks expressive and think the eyes are really beautifuly drawn. You could try to give her hair more flow making some lose strands. This would give a sense of movement... Nobody likes completely static pictures^^
Her clothes are sweet. Really well designed. And good choice of colors. But if you added some folds on the fabric, it would fit better, specially near the neck, hips and in the shoulder. The shoulder also looks too big for the arms what could be corrected if you make the blouse a little smaller in this part.
Overall, great piece! Very well done and colored! Deservs a fav^^
