Shouldn't his eyes have already been red.
I mean all the nightmares in fnaf 4 have the same eye color as their fnaf 1 versions.
If that's the case then Fredbears eyes should have always been red.

Fredbear (Golden Freddy) was shown with turquoise eyes in the "FNaF World" teaser image.
The child got his head bitten by Fredbear, that's why Fredbear looks much creepier than the other animatronics in his nightmares. This also may be the reason why Nightmare Fredbear's eyes are red: turquoise eyes wouldn't be scary enough.
