Sorry for posting so erratically lately. I have no sense of self control and like to upload things as soon as I finish them. I also want to avoid working on my midterm english essay as long as possible |DAnywho, this is Riptide from the Wings of Fire series! I'm not going to lie, the entire reason I drew him was to test out a scale brush I downloaded for FireAlpaca: Fire Alpaca Brush pack 2 Now Free . I'm not sure I'm happy with how those scales turned out, but I guess I'll just have to keep playing around with the brush. I am, however, pretty happy with how Riptide turned out as a whole! I think my Seawings are getting better.

Wow, you REALLY captured the expressiveness and spirit of Riptide! Poor Riptide, I wish he could be happier, with the whole untrustworthy-father-Webs thing and all. And Tsunami. They are SO cute together! Although my favourite ship is still Glorybringer. Their hate-you-love-you relationship is the cutest thing ever! This is so cool, a great artist who loves Wings of Fire AND Warriors?! I think I've found a new senpai.........................

I'm happy to hear that you think so! When I first read the book, I his personality really stood out for me. He seemed so cheerful, despite all the awful things that happened to him. I think he's cute with Tsunami too, I definitely ship him!
