Thumbnail sketch.
And so Discord snags the 10th portrait. He was a newer suggestion but I think a fitting one since his recent re-appearance in the season 4 premiere. I still want to do a couple more before the weekend though so I'm gonna sketch them out before I continue Discord.
I worked off of my old design and the only thing really different is I just added his horn and antler.
Still gotta fix things, and I'll be sending this to scraps soon.

I gotta say, the voice matches this version's appearance perfectly, in my opinion. Β Even if he doesn't look quite as chaotic as Prime!Discord.

I do love how when artists humanize Discord, most go for sauve guy in suit who bears a slight resemblance to John de Lancie and more towards popular depictions of Satan.
Just once I'd kind of like to see him in a Starfleet's Captain uniform (usually it's just the judicial robes from "Encounter at Farpoint"), but again, the suit works incredibly well. Man of wealth and taste and all that.

Same here. I probably developed this preference for him as well because of other artists interpretations, but I agree it suits him.

There was an early interpretation I saw that showed him as a mad sorcerer hermit (clad in fur, hunched over and bald).
It didn't look nearly as good as future depictions.

Reminds me of Vlad Masters, this design. Which is a good thing, cause he was always my favorite Danny Phantom villain.
