This wallpaper is inspired from the anime, "Choujigen Game Neptune" which was based on the game, "Hyperdimension Neptunia" and the character, being represented by Miku, is the one of the main characters: Neptune, Planeptune's CPU.

I do recommend watching it since it's quite funny to watch and it has its moments of good action scenes, in my opinion.
Though, word of warning: It does tend to get...Ecchi...Fairly Fast.
