If it was Orange it;d be too close to Charmander. besides, I like Yellow and Dark Red. They look cool together.

I think he looks fine for a Starter. His evolutions will begin to look more fiery. I have some interesting ideas in mind for them, but will have to wait and see if they work...

Maybe make the dark red, less dark brown. xD I'd lighten the color up a little to give it a more fiery feel. I really like them all, though.
