I was so sad and mad at that scene because it meant he was leaving the show! Nine was a really good Doctor and a great choice for starting the series back up.

My first Doctor. And I am pretty sure he'll remain my favorite forever. Don't get me wrong, the tenth is great as well, but this man... this fantastic man... he was something special.

And I love this portrait. It is perfect. Every little detail of his face, his expression... it is perfect. A perfect portrait to look at if I want to be reminded of him as the Doctor. So thank you ^^

And that scene... I do not easily tear up when watching movies and such, and me crying is even rarer. But that scene... one of the best in any series I reckon.

This is fantastic. (Sorry, couldn't resist!) The detail work is outstanding and puts my primitive efforts and comic-style version of this same photo to shame. It's hard to believe all the leather texture was done by hand. Phenomenal!
