Description
'Maya,' in the interpretation of this WATERCOLOR can have two meanings. There is the capital M of the
Mayan Civilization OR the lower case m, maya which has strong connections to both Hinduism and Buddhism.
I'll let you check that out. I think BOTH can apply here. Thanks for your FAVES and COMMENTS as usual!!!

I really like this one, and a lot of your work. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but something about the colors you've chosen intrgues me. Especially from some distance, so you can take in the whole thing. I kind of lose it when I'm trying to zoom in on the parts, the sum is that much more than each individual detail I think. I really admire that.

Almost primitive in style yet also so refined. After spending a good while with this image I can see many things in it. The palette is gorgeous.Β

I discovered several LIFE objects, including the dominant rooster ~ hence I lean toward
the Buddhist 'maya' in my title,....much broader than Mayan Culture, although apples and
bananas....Mayan culture is no small thing either, thinking about it....THANK for the kind words....
