Description
Heroes Con, Copic markers on 11x14 bristol board. I was asked to do any bat villain of my choicer. Harvey is my favorite. Oh what i would have done with a full commission. Anyway, I'm happy with the concept, and the execution turned out pretty well all things considered.
Sadly a lot of the linework on his face is lost/obscured in the scan.

I believe that the reason Batman is so popular is because he has the greatest villains in a comics series.
