Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it. I liked the way these came out myself. Like you say, there's randomness, I'm not sure what the ink is going to do. Always fun and sometimes successful!

Not knowing "what the ink is going to do" is part of the excitement and mystery of creating traditional art.Β The ink (or paint, or layers of paper, or even the camera's lens) sometimes has a mind of its own, and often guides the artist on the journey.

That's very much the way I like to work. Seeing where the materials lead rather filling in something defined in advance - even if I defined it myself.
