It looks like he is a Gray on Black, so you can choose any of these for his geno:
Ee/aa/nG - offers the most genetic possibility for his offspring- he can produce red or black based foals, and has the possibility of passing the Gray gene, or not
EE/aa/nG - 100% of his foals will be black based (so not chestnut foals, etc), with the possibility of passing the Gray gene, or not
Ee/aa/GG - he can produce red or black based foals, but 100% of his foals will carry the Gray gene
EE/aa/GG - 100% of his foals will be black based (so not chestnut foals, etc), and 100% of his foals will carry the Gray gene

Each parent can be nG and him still be GG, or you can have one or both of the parents be GG. However, they must both carry at least nG.

You can if you want XD. Make it to where he has either Dapple Grey genes, or Cherry Bay Dapples because that's what Wanda will have.
Also he'd have to be a thoroughbred for them to work as 100% tb's XD I might make the mom idk.

well Magento's costume is red so i was planing on making him a cherry bay with a purple cape and a silver gene (since his hair is white)

The problem there makes him having a chocolaty coat. But it is possible for his offspring to not be silver so that can work.

well he'd be carrying Gg. plus using the coat color generator with these two genes, theres a 6.25% chance of getting a greying black. with adding grey to magneto's gene would bump it to 9.38% greying black. that also give the chance to have a non greying baby thats chestnut or bay (for wanda)
