Description
Literally a tiny world I discovered in the garden.I like especially that you feel tiny looking at it and the calm and lively mood set by the lightening.

as someone new to macro photography, stuff like this is extremely wonderful and interesting to me. Β One almost expects to see the Wee Folk lounging around! Β Lovely shot!

Didn't know of the Wee Folk before - yes, they would fit perfectly!
I'm glad to inspire you! If you've any questions regarding macro photography feel free to ask me!

Well, look below
HappyHimitsu may in fact create a game with a setting inspired by this and if he doesn't (or maybe even if he does) I will create one
Feel free to make a drawing of your version of the setting, no need to credit me

Super cool! Β
I can just imagine tiny little gnomes hanging out under the mushroom 'trees'. Β

Haha, that would be cool indeedΒ
In fact I thought of this as a setting for a exploration-based computer game, maybe with some roleplay elements.
The gnomes would do well as NPC ... or some tiny elves

I am planning on developing a game for the Oculus Rift when it releases in UDK, your idea has just given me some great ideas for it! Β

Hey! I randomly saw your comment again on developing a game using the Occulus Rift - set in a tiny, magical world.
Did it happen?

Cool! Heard of that smartphone mount, which creates a similar effect as the Oculus?
Please drop me a note as soon as there are any news on your game!

I have heard of it. Β Being a Rift owner I have to say I think there is no real comparison though, the sense of depth in the Oculus Rift is on par with reality, and the high FOV is what really pulls you in to the illusion of being there. Β

I tested the Rift once on an event and I've to agree with you! Anyway, I don't own it (yet), so I wonder if you're planning to provide an alternate way of looking around, as well.

Thank you This effect is achieved trough the blur and the perspective (the camera was at ground level).

Very nice and the title fits perfectly. I tried a few shots of mushrooms but didn't like any of the ones I took. Will have to try again.

Nice! It does look like a tiny world; particularly with the perspective and the large leaves,
