The detail in the hair is so good
The light is nice and soft, but still creates a great sense of depth on the face.
My only slight criticism would be that the top of the head feels cut off, but that i guess is a matter of opinion. I prefer having more in the shot but some people prefer that really tight crop, only having in the frame the essentials.

Thanks a lot. And feel free to criticize. Yes, I prefer closer cuts. And if necessary breaking rules like: don't cut through joints, and so on. I'm not a hornbook
