I have an autographed version of Stephens' picture of Jewel Shepard that Jewel gave me when I shot her back in 2000... I love the guy's work.. (*sigh*)

He was such an incredibly talented artist, and not for his style, but for his ability to illustrate the emotions on his characters with such mastery.
So many talented artists die before their time it seems. He will be missed.
