I think that sometimes you browse around to find stock and you make some pictures because of what you find. Others you plan in advance.
I can only work in the first manner. I can't plan much. I look and see what I can do with what I have.

I don't know if those that plan deserve the title of artist more than others.

Your certainly right there. It doesn't matter. Plus it depends on what type of artist you want to and/or end up being. If your a so called fine artists I don't think it matters much. If your working for a company... it might be wise to have some structure
