Here's a brief description: He's Balto's younger brother, He is more Wolf than Balto is and can run faster than your average Wolf.

This pic justy came to me last night after having seen both seaquels to the original 1995 film: Balto.

I found that this pic didn't take as long to draw as I first thought. 0o
