Falconry/Hawking would be badass, the closest you'll probably be able to get to handle/train a falcon though is volunteering at a Zoo or a Wild Life Bird Rescue.

Yeah. Falconry is one of my SEEKRIT DREAMS in life to do. I mean, I might even go as far as to work for a zoo during the summer as a sort of pastime just so I can play with raptors.
