I still think the open port hole belly is stupid, and was I doing the costume now I would cover that up. but at the time I wazs trying to say more literal to the character then I do now

I always struggle to find a character that I 'look' like, so its always great to hear when someone feels my face is suited to a particular character

Did who do the costume? My husband and I worked on this one together, we did all the design, fabric choices, sculpting and fabricating, painting, etc. Only at the time my sewing machine wasn't able to sew through the leatherette so we got help from that from Quantumflux and SMP designs.

Most of the stuff is fiberglass that we cast in only because its inexpensive and easy to work with

Just had a thought about this costume. You could get two collapsible batons and bolt them together with a length of pipe! Then, the storage space is about the same as your current one, and you get the expandable part! If a con lets you take your current staff in, you should be able to get through with this one as well!

Great idea, but the staff breaks down into 4 parts that we specifically sized to my thigh and fit in the holsters. Its a efficient weapon

Looking at your staff, I'm pretty sure the baton I use would make a good match. I use the ASP 21 inch baton. It's just a suggestion, but I think it'd look pretty damn cool.

it would but her main weapon is a bow in the Hush comics (or a small bow gun) so I did want to stick with that canon part of the comic

What I like about this is that it is realistic to how her costume would actually be with the padding, but still has great detail and is very sexy. Well done!

No, don't! That is how she has it, after all. My husband and I agree, both huge comic fans, that the costume as is looks just how I would envision it if they added Huntress into the movie version of Batman. Certainly see what you think of a mid-section covered version, but I think it looks great the way it is.
