First thought of her is a Mrs Clause as a gun wielding nun. Then an elf in Warcraft-- with a gun.
Now she is from an old amime? Chrono Crisis? Sounds like a video game I have come across.
Oh, after reading below posts, she is from Chrono Crusade, not Chrono Trigger. Wow. I gotta know my triggers, like my trigger fingers I had to have surgery on.

never played Chrono Crusade, but it looks nice. And I can't help but think that it also looks close to bridgette from guilty gear.

Chrono Crusade is an anime/manga not a video game, maybe you are thinking of Chrono Trigger?
