It occurs to me the birth itself would be easy; Locke can just use 'Steal' on her womb and pop the baby out that way.
Then I got an idea for a comic where Celes is in labor, Locke uses 'Steal' and is suddenly holding a baby, and then the 'Stole her clothes, too!' kicks in and Locke is suddenly wearing her outfit. But I'm not sure I'd want to actually pay for that comic.
Great pic, though.
