Would you believe me if I told you this started out as a doodle for my Adventure Timelord sketches?There was going to be a gag about 10's face getting all "Jacked up."
But it came out a bit too intense for that. :I
So I switched tracks and made it another entry in the spooky series, where the Doctor and Rose seem to have landed in this messed up "Haunted House," wherein this freaky entity from inside the mirrors has stolen the Doctor's image, has climbed out of said mirror, and seems to be chasing Rose around for some nefarious reason.
It's not actually a story though. I've just been letting myself play with colored line art and spooky imagery.
So it's wide open for interpretation.
Or of course you could just take it as a bit of post doomsday angstyness. Whatever works for you.
In fact, the bit with the Doctor and Rose at the top there was referenced from a screen cap from doomsday.

This is intense... and well-drawn. Makes me sad to remember Doomsday, but this is impressive. You did really well with it, even if you did cause unpleasant Whovian feels by doing so. Curse your talent and double-curse your inspiration for this piece! XD

Okay okay, I'm going to try to figure out what just happened...
So my intention - as clumsily stated in the comments, which I wrote when I really ought to have been sleeping - was that the picture be the third in that weird series of white on black pictures I've been drawing with the Doctor, Rose, and that weird Doppelganger from inside the mirror.

actually i thought it was him just missing rose when he got seperated from her and he couldnt tell her that he loved her because he didnt have enough energy in the transmission to say it XDDD
