Thank you very much for your feedback everyone! it was very helpful. i'm liking the darker shade of green. i think the sleeves could still be darker, and i'm not happy with his skin color now at all. should i just play it safe and make him lavender like the supreme kai?here's a little bio to inspire you:
this guy left the planet of the kai's long ago. His name is unknown (except only to me) but he is simply referred to as "The Kai", or directly Sir Kai (kaio-sama).
The Kai's only objective is to create order out of chaos. He's taken it upon himself to eliminate all evil in the universe no matter who's sacrificed in the process, ultimately leading him to becoming a greater threat than Boa or Ion.
In the final story arc Trunks, Celari, Ion, (and a few other characters i have yet to introduce to you) challenge the Kai's unmerciful judgment, which inevitably results in the Supreme Kai himself taking a stand to put an end him, which is where his shameful name is finally revealed.

Try to make sleeves and these pants dark red. And maybe skin should be a bit brighter.

I think most of the Kai's tend to be on the cool shade of the specturm of color with the excepttion of the female kai... so I think maybe a mor ecool tone would work with the skin... other than that its perfect

Really like his hairstyle. Nice to see a Kai, who's hair doesn't make 'em look all punk-rockish

Hm.. I kinda like the current colors here..
However, I would probably make the green trim on the waist and boots something a little more contrasting. Maybe a darker green or a different color entirely.
I dig the green and the yellow colors, they work very nicely.
The white is nice, but something bugs me about it... maybe it's the plainness or the fact that it matches his hair.. but maybe you could experiment with darker colors (maybe black?) for that part to contrast the rest.
Of course, in the end it's all up to you. :`

I like the changes. The greater level of contrast at this point works out really well, if I do say so myself.

Yeah, I think I grey might turn out rather nicely.
I just realized that I forgot the skin tone was up for grabs, too. But uhmm... turns out I'm not really sure about that one, I guess. Considering a Kai's skin tone can probably be just about anything uh... Well, I'll leave that one up to you, lol.
Oh, and nice job on all the wrinkly tidbits, btw.
