Although I was requested to do all 10 of them, I will only do the most important ranger as I am still managing time to look for work and can handle a maximum of one Character once in a while.

The 1st time I saw this group; my interest was only towards the Evil Space Godzilla Ranger and did a drawing of him [link] After some time later, the original creator requested me to do the entire group.

When I looked back at the characters again, I thought to myself “I’ve got ideas for it…. But… it’s too much work~”. I left it on my to try list for a long time until recently I had a stronger idea on how I want to redesign the Godzilla Ranger but him alone.

I did a quick research of my favorite versions of Godzilla. I did struggle between changing him into the normally used Dark Green and somehow keeping him Grey, but I then noticed that the later versions of Godzilla had a unique kind of Grey and stuck to it.

I threw away the gold as I could never picture that color with one of my all time Favorite monsters and switched it with a shiny Red, Pink, and Like Purple based on the back spikes from this photo [link] . Mixed up the armor from Manda Ranger and Mecha Godzilla Ranger to give the bulky look of the Japanese Godzilla.

The color for the Godzilla Eyes on the helmet was taken from the American Adaption of Godzilla [link] . The idea of the Visor being blue and the ability to shoot a Blue Aura is based on Godzilla’s Atomic Breath (I love that Move ). In my head, I imagine the mouth within the Visor area would Roar and Open like the animation from the Bakuryū Sentai Abaranger henshin sequence [link] .

And his Rapid healing Factor (Not like Wolverine, But FASTER and on the spot) Makes him an Unstoppable Force.
