I've been talking with a professional pixel artist. He said the key to professionalism is that your work's been used in a game. Your sprites could definitely be used in a game, even an official Nintendo game.

Sure, getting your name out there is important to starting any career, especially with digital art. Regardless, though, skill and beautiful artwork is something to be revered much higher than just having your sprites in a game.
It'd be fantastic to get to Nintendo someday. For now, I'm focusing on a game development team I'm on as well as my own fangame idea...

you can do a mix of fire balls and tennis racket.
he first sipt a fire ball and mario or luigi have to hit it whit their hammer.
then if they hit the fireball it goes back to larry.
then he hit the fireball with his tennis racket and it goes back to mario and luigi.
repeat.

I'm not sure. I have to get his fireball, tennis racket swinging, and magic casting done. Oh, and putting away his wand.

It would be quite funny if rarely, instead of transforming into a tennis racket, the wand would explode on his face (without destroying itself of course). Or maybe that would happen at the end of the battle instead.

Anyway, super work as ever. I came up with another idea, that the wand could change from one form to another in the middle of a multi-part attack. Like he'd shoot a magic blast from his wand, it would be deflected by the brothers' hammers and he'd hit the deflected blast back at them with the racket.

That's certainly a possibility. I would assume that anyone could arrange his attack patterns in several ways, given that all the animations are included. The racket could definitely be used for both fire and magic deflection.
