For annas307 's roll on the Steven Universe Gacha!

This was actually REALLY fun to do, and in the process I kind of made a small story for them, although the owner is more than welcome to change whatever they want about them for their needs. But I really wanted to try my hand at writing a Poly-amorous relationship. Or if nothing else, a very close friendship between 3 gems.

This fusion started initially between Blue Moonlight Topaz and Faux Peridot. Faux gems have a tendency to glitch out, and Topaz, being the only one who knew her secret went to great lengths to protect her from being found out and shattered. White Zircon comes later, after Peri's outbursts and their aftermath eventually get the attention of white Diamond. A sharp investigator, they eventually catch onto Moonlight and Faux Peri, but instead of turning them in, develop something more with them both upon getting to know them. Things happened and eventually Rhinestone was born.

Rhinestone's Components:

White Zircon: I wanted white's Zircon to look more extravagant than most other Zircons, hence their flashy cape. Like, just by looking at them, there are minor differences, but you KNOW which one has the most authority. White Zircon likely doesn't bother with "lesser trials". Those are for Blue and Yellow's, since everything White says up until era 3 is final. Instead, they serve more as an advisor; usually being tasked with investigating serious matters regarding homeworld FOR White Diamond so SHE can make her final decision based on the data given.

Blue Moonlight Topaz: It was tempting to give her a short moon-styled haircut and make her look more like the traditional Topaz in the show, but when creating her I kept in mind how Yellow Diamond's Topazes all resembled their master. Hence why this one doesn't have the short haircut and exact build that's common with other Topaz OCs. I wanted to stick with this theme, with Blue Diamond's Topaz soldiers to resembling her as well. Still bulky, but but a bit more traditionally feminine with a hair shape that closely matches the diamond they belonged to on Homeworld.

I decided to incorporate her "Moon" aspect with giving her a more galactic style design, particularly in the eyes, which were supposed to resemble moons in space.

Faux Peridot: Faux Peridot was born between era 1 and 2. Faux gems were primary gems made with lesser, additive minerals with the intention of preserving resources during the Gem War. She was something of an experiment "gone wrong", and occasionally glitches out, which she can use for pranks, but can also cause problems for the rest of the people around her. All faux gems develop this "ability" at some point, but only the ones who learned how to hide it survived being shattered until era 3.
