Fiew.
I finally decided to make something else. Something i wanted to do for a long time.
It's for Roninsultramix's contest, the famous SDL - Samuraï Duelers League, check his deviantpage for more infos.
I spend some times asking myself if that was a good idéa, because it would lead to a big implication and an amount of work to make it plenty, but watever'. Comin'

ABOUT:
Name: Makumo (Lost his Family name/not everybody's born Ronin >3)
Age: Mwarglbwarfl... let's say around 32. Looks old and young at the same time
Height/Weight: little bit more than 6', around 165 lbs.
Weapons: Fights with bare hands and using a strange sword with flat edges. His fighting style is totally unforseeable and count a lot upon his great physical strength and stamina. As hunter, sometime use Beartraps. Sometimes use a LOT.And sometimes in a very strange and nasty way (remember to NEVER wear pants... really.)
Likes: to make fun about everything, the brief pain lament when an animal walks on a trap (meaning that Makumo'll eat something this day), the thing on his left shoulder (when it's usefull).
Dislikes: Man that mess with his live-my-life activities, the thing on his left shoulder (when it blow up, when it tries to kill him while he's asleep)
Background: An ex-samuraï that was banished when he accidentualy killed his Senseï during a duel. He wasn't allowed to give himself death and lost his family name, and the life he had. Now, wandering around the world and working as a Hunter/trapper for heimin villages, using his self-mades traps in his activity (looks rrreally like Beartrapz, huhu ? /=3). The bird on his shoulder is an Owl he found during his first years of wandering. Named the bird Ibu. This thing is merely as Freakin' odd than Makumo. Somedays, lot more.

SUP. INFOS:
Behaviour: Has something of a Bear and something else of a Hyena. Seems like an old Bear, peacefull despite of all the scars left by the hunters, and living his life under the trees, flowing like the water and rocked by the wind. He loves to make fun 'bout the others, their way of life, and always has this unpleasant little smile on his face, the one that makes you feel like you dressed your kimono upside down in front of your senseï. But don't think that he has no respect for the others, no; that's just that he can't take life in serious anymore. He has the behavior of someone that walked a long road, so much that he forgot what he was looking for, where he was heading, and answer with a tired but amused smile to new travelers who ask him where does this road lead.
He is like an old life traveler that exept nothing more but food, sleep, and some funny stuffs to wait until tomorrow. He has the smile of someone who laughts scornfully to existence's face with tiredness, as if it was an old annoying friend that always borrow you some cash.
Although, things that makes him feel alive drive him a bit crazy and awfully aware. Including fightings (he wasn't this bad when he was still samuraï, but his life in forest and mountains made him stronger - struggling against boars makes you grow up, kid' ), that turn him into some crazy mirthful dog. When he fights or when he's excited, he has some kind of apparent desire, animal feeling of both hapiness and madness that burst on his face. In those brief moments, he seem to truly enjoy existence to his purest form, for all the moments he spend asking himself why he was still standing on his feet. But it never last long, actually. And he know (although, he think) that it's just some kind of physical reaction toward danger, and that it won't lead him to some kind of answer.
About Ibu: This thing IS madness. Insanity. Devil. a real monster. Don't mind about torturing other animals, eating little children, etc... It's compleatly paranoïd and hysterical. Can't speak, can't even make a single noise with his mouth, so when something trouble him, he just begin blowing up like those strange fishs, and keep shaking 'round for long. Can kill a Boar when it's very angry or hungry. Tried to kill Makumo a million times, just to prove his superiority, or only because of some pulsions of insanity. But still a good partner for Makumo...

Sorry for the aproximal use of english, i'm trying to do my best to make it as clear and funny to read as possible. I'll try to write the background as soon as possible, and then send a note to *Roninsultramix, so we can begin the rumble ! (if everything goes right, hu ^^' please >.> )

I hope he will be able to participate to this great contest, and that we'll enjoy lotsa' fun together
