Ok, it's really simple, take the photo in RAW... thatΒ΄s really important. Then in photoshop I use levels and save3 images, one darker the original and one brighter. Then you go to Photomatix and make a HDR, then in CS3 make a B&W. Now use levels, sharpness and curves and it's done.
