Saaaaammmee I've got around $50 I can spend safely from allowances, but sadly no paypal for myself yet ;n;
But I'm not allowed to get a paypal for some reason and my mom won't let me borrow hers either -.-" So it's a hassle sometimes.

All I can do is receiving money with my mom's Paypal still (which was supposed to be mine at first but "actually no we don't trust you to play around with real money" uehdrfqzkfjbqhjbzabdhzab why DDx)
I would use the money for commissions and to expand my OC family ;v; ♥ since I have no other use for it atm

Errr I hate it when you can only receive, I don't like to think of it this way because I feel like (well at least mine) my mom would use the money instead of letting me use it....even if I earned it //shot
Omg that is exactly what I hear like all the time. If my uncle was here, I could use his. He always lets me use his even though he makes my mom rage cause of that lol. But in all honesty, I think I control myself better than my mom.

And I would more than likely do the same with my money xD
