While playing in the sprinkler, my son abandons all his worries. On this day the clouds lifted briefly and the light exploded onto this scene. And with this image I believe that I have stopped time.Canon F-1, 50 mm f1.8 Tri-x

thanks, sorry for the late reply. it truly was a lucky shot. there are other images from that afternoon, and some very similar shots, but not with such harmony. I will send them towards the scrap bin. Exposure was dead on... and to that end, i still find that most critical.

Well, regarding the frame, I thought that you maybe could alter the pic in, say, Photoshop, and add a symbolic 5 pixel white border around the pic.
I think that'll give it the more finished look.
