I guess I'm on a Mignola style kick... and i happen to do the bats and HB...you'd think there were movies about to be released... or something.Am I that predictable?
(hey, at least i didn't do a timely Iron Man or Indy pic)

thanks... and honestly i was disappointed.. felt more like a jim hensen movie not a hellboy story... didn't like the comic relief, johann klaus, abe instantly falling in love with a princess such that he's willing to risk the fate of the world to save her.... out of character
plus it got great reviews so my expectations were too high

oh yeah, and it isn't a bad movie at all.. i think my expectations were too high because the reviews were sooooo good... i always enjoy things more when everybody tells me that the movie sucks

Yeah that happens for sure, the only two movies lately that exceeded they hype for me were Dark Knight and Iron Man. This is true I completely agree!
