Unlimited Form is Excell's final form, accessed by using the Unlimited Sync
in the X-Driver.
This form possesses a premature state with only mild stats, but its completed
state is a force to be reckoned with.
The complete state has the highest non-movie exclusive stats of the entire
series, blasting even Ultimos out of the water.
The form combines the abilities and powers of every Sync in existence and by
holding the trigger on the Sync, you can activate one of the Sync Abilities.
This gives Excell a very versatile arsenal that he can use creatively and
strategically to get an advantage in combat.
It is also capable of flight through boosters all over the suit, flash stepping to out-
maneuver enemies, possesses superb defence and limb-mounted slots for hidden
weaponry.
Due to the Terror Incident, it also has a failsafe that keeps him alive and only
activates the moment Axel is on the verge of dying.
This form comes with the Phase Tector, a Sword-Gun Hybrid capable of fusing the
power of all riders and/or all Syncs into one attack.
Excell temporary loses access to this form when he loses the Sync in the middle
of the final fight against Ultimos and before trying (alongside Gine) to trap him in
his collapsing pocket dimension.
He regained it in the Epilogue.
It comes with 4 Finishers (10 if the Perfect Synchros are counted seperately):

- Unlimited High-End:
An supercharged version of Rising High-End with Rainbow-like energy
replacing green energy surrounding the foot.
- Perfect Synchros Finishers:
- Dwelling Effect:
Based off the Flux Sync. Excell creates a magenta shockwave made of
sound.
- Crucifying Hypernova:
Based off the Hades Sync. Excell unleashes a massive explosion, incine-
rating anyone unfortunate to be in its radius.
- Wild Sunshine:
Based off Keberos. Excell surrounds himself in Cerberus-like fire construct
and attacks the enemy at full speed.
- Royal Demotion:
Based off the Impera Sync. Excell replicates the pyramid-like energy construct
and kicks the enemy into it, followed by an explosion.
- Max Outbreak:
Based off the Limito Sync. Excell begins to rapidly punch the enemy at high
speed before delivering a precise nerve strike.
- Deus Ex Downshift:
Based off the Excell Reverse Sync. Excell shrinks the enemy to the size of a
Mouse and crushes them under his foot. Tiny explosion ensues.
- Phase Tector Finishers:
- Infinite Marking/Piercing:
The Sword/gun creates a massive energy Blade/Marking before slashing/
blasting the enemy with it.
- All Rider Cutting/Blast:
Based off the Excell conjures the Symbols of the other Riders towards the
the enemy, before delivering several Rainbow-energy coated slashes to
them.
- Combinations:
- Perfect Harmony:
Excell summons energy constructs of the other Riders in their primary forms,
all of them readying their respective Finishers while the Phase Tector surrounds
itself in Rainbow-like Energy.
He then runs towards enemy while the constructs fuse with him, creating a
Rainbow-like Aura that boosts his speed.
He then delivers a very powerful slash that creates a Rainbow shockwave.
Its Image Song is "I am me.".
