Excell Reverse is the main Rider Form (in the case of the first "User", his main Body!) of
Tumbé Exponenti, the second User of the System. It is accessed by inserting the Excell
Reverse Sync into the X-Driver.

Despite looking like a mirrored version of the default Excell Form, it possesses a dangerous
ability: It can mimic the Power of Excell and his different Forms and use them with greater potential.
This is indicated by the color of the Exceed Visor ER. These changes are called "Phases" and also
indicate which Form is mimicked. However, there is a loophole that allows the User to copy the Power
of Ultimos, but the strain of using it will put a massive backlash on the User, incapacitating him.

A list of the Phases and which Power they copy:

- "Phase 0"/Default State: The primary State of this form and the State this form returns to when the
                                    other Phases aren't used. Copies Excell's primary Stats, but with a little
                                    Boost to surpass him.

- Phase 1: Jealousy: The first Phase, copying the Rising Upgrades of Excells Forms and representing
                               the jealousy Tumbé feels for his siblings. Also boosted.

- Phase 2: Resentment: The second Phase, copying Excells Super Form and representing Tumbé's
                                    resentment towards Ultimos for hurting his Family.

- Phase 3: Determination: The Final Phase, copying Ultimos' Power and representing Tumbé's wish
                                        of destroying him and atoning for his past Betrayal. Despite the Strain it
                                        puts on him, he manages to use it for good amount of time before
                                        passing out.

His Finisher is called Diving Down-Start and is a mirrored version of Excells Rising High-End, being
engulfed in bright, purple Energy instead of green.

His Image Song is "Risentimento Riflesso".
