Um... pretty self-explanatory for MAGE members, I think? `7`/// draw your character in all four forms! Sketches and whatnot are fine! The banner in each box is for you to label what is what. Remember, this is just to share your different form concepts - it is not canon (your character can only have one form at the moment).If your programs are dumb and don't open transparent .png files properly like mine, here's a link to the .psd file:
