I dreaded my ride back to the states...i think if i would have had about a month to travel throughout the country taking photos, i would have been satisfied.

yeh it's my favorite time to visit because it's not too hot (in the am, you need a light jacket..then shorts in the afternoon usually).

yeh, we've gone in Apr two yrs in a row...now i owe my wife a trip to france...ugh! i'd rather go back to Japan...but..i guess fair is fair. Still trying to find a job there so we can move there though..hehehe

i spent my elementary school years there. i miss it. i like some parts of europe but i like Japan probably the best out of all the countries i've visited.

me too.. I personally didn't enjoy elementary school in japan unfortunely. Got made fun of a lot cause I was like the only half-jap kid in school. aw cool, I wish to go to europe someday! :] my sis is coming back from paris tommorow she is so lucky xD

i got picked on also. but i still had a lot of fun growing up there. i really enjoyed the culture and to this day, has had a tremendous impact on my life. even though i'm not japanese, i might as well be because of the influence the culture had on me.

aw *hug* yes I believe I did too, Its like a whole another world to me since I only go back only once a year. and now I find it so much more beautiful then ever. I guess I really see the beauty of japan when I am away from it for so long, when I was young it was just like any other day. and thats why I love taking photos there.. and I can express my background through photos and I absolutely love it

there is a different beauty there than say like europe. i've lived there too and it's got it's own beauty...more complicated than the simplicity of japan. i think that's why i love japan...there's a simpleness to everything...

well ur right about the ocean...its so clear and beautiful! its all green and blue because of the coral haha
and we were doing space-a flights, so we didnt make it on the first flight...but we got a c130 all to ourselves later on that day haha

ok well its called "space-a" (aka: space available) flights...basically, planes are schedualed to come here or there for specific purposes, but if you show up in time, have everything you need, and meet all of the requirements, you can get on the plane for free...but sometimes people have to be switched around and you have to go on some other flight...its hard to explain...but yeah...its quite nice...

Stumbled upon you by chance~! This picture caught my attention right away! The blueness! It's just so pretty. I've never been on a plane ('cept when I was too little to remember, so it doesn't count!) What kind of camera did you use? Oh, and how is Japan? It's a dream of mine to visit. I'm crossing my fingers that it'd be my junior year in college through study abroad.
