Description *Finally got this thing done. Nailing down the style and overall look for this was so hard. I wanted it to look sorta like something out of a children's book- like Winnie the Pooh or Maybird or something. But at the same time I wanted it to be really detailed like the maps of MiddleEarth or Skyrim. In the end I sided with the Childhood vibe; so exact placing and sizes are a wee bit askew."

RREST

RREST: Rikailiahn's Rare Equine Sanctuary and Trading-post

A fantasy-based HARPG stable, based and focused around the mythical-type equine breed/species "Raftriach".

RREST is the biggest "Hot Spot" for everything Raftriach. They are the leading trading-post and breeding grounds for the species, as well as the usual host for many of the championships and events in Rach culture. RREST is owned and operated by a young Elven woman named Rikailiahn (Rikki) and is manned by her and her staff, both humanoid and equine. RREST was built on the land of an old Inn that served the Violet Queen during her rise back to the throne, the Inn was destroyed during the war and in it's collapse many soldiers and supporters of the Queen lost their lives. The ruins of the old Inn remains on the property and has been converted into a burial ground, becoming a proper burial ground for veterans of the war and their steeds.

Prime Locations of RREST

The Citadel: The Citadel is what the staff had started calling the main structure of RREST, the title caught fire with visitors and eventually Rikki decided to just put it on the sign and in the brochures. This building serves as the head of the estate, where the staff and their equines live, as well as having the rooms, tavern, and lounge areas for guests and visitors- weather staying for a day to two or merely stopping by for the day. As with most of the buildings, the Citadel is primarily underground with only the check-inn desk, gift shop and cafe, and central lounge areas located in the tall "A-frame" above ground. The entire front wall of this structure is a thick glass wall, allowing in natural light and a view of the show ring and Derby Track. From the lower-most level of the Citadel branch tunnels that wind and weave to many of the other locations throughout RREST, serving as both an escape route and a way to avoid extremely bad weather. *To avoid damage to the Derby Track such as sink holes and collapsing, no tunnels have been dug beneath it.*

Back Pastures: Behind the Citadel are Four large pastures. (inaccurately drawn in the image above- they do not set asymmetrical or close together.) These are Staff-Only pastures and are reserved for pregnant mares and foals, Staff-owned horses recovering from injury, horses undergoing basic training (other training takes place in either the Dragon's Nest, or the derby Track or inner-most field.) Or simply old horses who are spending their final days peacefully, occasionally some horses are kept in the back pastures while awaiting to be sold.

Derby Track: The Derby Track is one of the most popular attractions of RREST. It is home to the biggest races in Raftriach culture, and the spot where resident True-Rider and steed team Moon and Seance won their triple crown. Since then, Moon and Seance have taken over as lead staff of the Derby Tack- training other racers as well as training in cross-country, steeple chase, and obstacle course. The Derby-Tack's center field is also where all horses of RREST meet with the ferrier and vet, and where older colts are allowed to play when the Track is unused.

The Dragon's Nest: The Dragon's Nest is the massive indoor Arena located across the Derby Track from the Citadel. The Name came from how the large glass dome looks like a dragon's egg nestled into the ground from a distance. The huge dome is made of thick glass to allow natural light into the arena wherever possible. The arena is padded with fine sand, and multiple rows of seating, including 3 balcony seats and one Personal Box for the Queen. There is a barn and tack and feed room located in the east wing, where those competing are allowed to stall their horses and tack. The Arena is used for Dressage, Jumping, and halter shows.

Guest Barns: There is one large guest barn, with 4 stalls and 4 open stalls, in case of pregnant mares; the loft of the large barn has accommodations for 10 people, so that guests have the option to be with their mounts and keep an eye on them over night. The 3 smaller barns have enough room for 2 stalls and a loft bedroom with bunk beds. These barns were built in the hopes of uniting true-Riders with their Rach, wether it be their first meetings or strengthening their bonds. RREST encourages visiting guests to stay with their horses if they are competing in championships. (In the event that crimes or sabotages to their horses should occur, the Rider is only a few feet away for help.)

Storage: As the name suggests, this is where the staff of RREST store their jumps, gates, fencing materials, yard tools and other such things. There are also 5 staff bedrooms located in the storage "hill". During threats of sever weather, the storage hill is built to house all the resident animals and staff plus some.

Hay Fields: Due to the large amount of horses kept here, RREST has gotten into the habit of rotating large expanses of land they've yet to find use for, and using them s Hay Fields. Through out the years, they donate extra hay to other stables and sanctuary groups, as well as families in needs and those who've fallen o hard times.

West Meadow: A meadow on the property and a popular destination for trail riders.

The Old Places: Throughout the forrest on the property, skeletal structures of a large Inn and surrounding buildings lie scattered. The old Inn served as the headquarters for the Violet Queen's army s they reclaimed the realm and conquered the evil that had taken control. Durring the war the enemy lay siege to the Inn after it was discovered, killing many soldiers and innocent people; Among them was an elderly couple that owned the Inn, and had taken Rikailiahn in after the death of her father. Now, some of the ruins of the old building renin, and Rikki has turned the area into a graveyard in honor of those who have fallen. Many soldiers request to be buried on the site, and some have their ashes added to the Inn's ruins. The name "The Old Places" is actually a translation from the Elvish Name that Rikki used to describe the place. Much like the "Citadel"  the name simply stuck.

Northern Caverns: The Northern Caverns is strictly OFF LIMITS to visitors. The mountain side is home to a colony of friendly Raftri'Orch lead by RREST favorite, Dur-Nachtul.  However, the actual caverns were home to crystal and gem mines that were abandoned, and the small mountain was sold to Rikki with the property. However recently a large cave-in collapsed many of the Mines, and lead to the discovery of the small herd of Sub-Terran Rach, two of which have found themselves at home with RREST.

River Veigns: A river that runs through the property, and a favorite trail visit during the summer.

The Lakehouse: The Lakehouse was sold to Rikki with the property, and is rented out to guests for special occasions. It has a built in barn, and staff have access out to the lake house through the tunnels underground in case of emergency.

The East Meadow: A very special place for Rikki and her steed Shebang, it is a pretty meadow covered in wild flowers and nestled at the base of the mountains. Shebang and Rikki can usually be found there during the early moments of the morning to watch the sunrise. Abused Rach are brought to this meadow as it seems to have a serene grace and emotional healing effects.

Ysmir Mountains: A small mountain range that borders the property's eastern side. It is also home to another colony of Raftri'Orch, as well as an exciting place for dwarves, who rent some of the mountains to mine some of the precious stones and crystals in the mountains. A few mountain trails climb the smaller slopes, and a couple of hot springs dot the mountains. Rikki is currently looking to buy a small expanse of land on the other side of the mountains.

Sure! Though it may get a little pricy as this map has a lot of little details. (My prices are fairly low usually, so I think max I'd charge for this kind of map is around 800 points, as of right now I do not have PayPal. ) I'd be willing to chat about details and prices more through notes if you'd like! ^-^
