What you do is firstly, take a picture of the model you want from MMD.
Then from that MMD Model Pic you have taken, place that into photoshop (or whatever.)
Then take this template pic and place it infront of the MMD Model pic you have taken.

If it's small, resize it =w= )b

Then, you can type or write whatever in the boxes... tehy're all your choice =w=

What i do is i create a layer for it... Do you... need help? I'm sorry, i can't explain it in words that good..
