Done in OpenToonz. I think I really love it^^
About the animation itself - these two girls study in a magical university (not a school, they're adults, ok?), and purple-haired one did her spell homework wrong. That wasn't intended result at all! Now she's a little scared what her proper and studious roomate would say on it. What do you think she'll do?
And yeah, I know, buttoning up this shirt wouldn't do her any good as it's transparent but that's an effort that matters, right?
Might do a follow-up for it later^^
