This is so very beautiful!Β I love how the clouds appear to be rushing towards the viewer.Β Is this a special lens you used to shoot this, or was the Creator of All, being particularly generous when you captured this?Β Looks like it would have been fun to be there.Β Wonderful work!

Lea dear, the truth is that I was using a tremendous lens which is the ZEISS prime 15mm. and that I have "played" a bit with a HDR-like filter when post-processing but the wonderful sky was there anyhow

I thought it probably was a lens effect, but wasn't sure.Β I love the HDR filters too, such vibrant color depth, however there is much to be said for nature in all her glory with no "makeup" so to speak!Β

Well formulated Lea. The truth is that I am in a kind of process to migrate my workflow based on LightRoom towards newer software and I am considering and trying ON1 and Topaz Studion as main candidates so it's quite reasonable that I will have some kind of twists in my future production ... I am returning to be a pupil even though I did not arrived to be a real master (yet) with the old tools and approach.

I have Topaz Studio and so far I only use it in my fractal images but it is really amazing.Β I have seen photos that people have used Topaz Studio on, and it is really amazing!Β Never have used Lightroom, however my brother the tornado/storm chaser does.Β
He does amazing cloud, tornado,and lightning photos.Β I mean to tell you, magnificent captures!Β
We are students all through life, don't you think?
