Edit: Hey all, the voting at threadless is over! The image only got a 2.17 out of 5, but to be honest it wasn't the type of shirt that people on threadless seem to like so I'm not surprised. If you still want to check it out it's up at [link] but there isn't much that can be done now except read the comments. Thanks to everyone who voted, I appreciate it!

For the image itself, I spent quite a few hours on this one and I'm very happy with how it turned out. My initial thoughts for the image were to have a sleeping cat who has attracted a balloon to its fur, and the little toy mouse was added for balance and, most importantly, more overall cuteness. I don't know why, but something about a happy cat with it's fur all static-y just seemed like a neat shirt idea to me. I'd wear it!

Otherwise, I've been getting a few comments that the cat looks like a fox on the submission website, and this surprises me! The tail marking does look a bit like a fox's, but there are so many different colored cats in the world that I didn't think it'd be too big of a deal. Also, without those tail markings the image's colors would be off-balance and not nearly as visually pleasing, and I thought it made the cat look even cuter and more defined! Oh well, just some thoughts I've been having after seeing some of the comments that have been posted.

Anyway, I hope you all like this little guy, and if you don't mind throwing me a 4 or a 5 I'd really appreciate it. Enjoy!
