Ahhh... haha. That's cool. I like that style... if you need a suggestion, go with a scarf and a peacoat or something like that. Scarf + nice coat + somewhat cool/calm expression = good look

Photoshop. You just add a new layer with a gradient and change the layer's properties to color.
