Yeah, Sora's a heckuva lot more embarassing than Riku...and I think Riku would be less likely to be affectionate in large crowds, and Sora'd be all clingy and I love you.

Therefore I'm sure Riku wouldn't mind the cuddliness too terribly much. Sora's just too cute to say no to, and if he did Sora has an adorable pouty face, so he'd probably wind up getting his way.
