I don't want to seem like a cynic but... where are you getting your information from...? I felt pretty taken aback by this so I looked up what McDonald's Chicken Nuggets were made up of... and even though they're mostly made up of products made out of corn and chemicals... I saw nothing about testicles, lips, or eyes.
