Um... Who knows... It's Germany (or Ludwig, I think his name is...) looking rather stalker-ish... From Axis Powers Hetalia. The Japanese just says Doitsu, which is Japanese for Germany
I managed to not completely screw it up! Yay for me...
My friends were all complaining that he doesn't look German XD
I figured out why my scanner wasn't working... It wasn't plugged in XD
Anyone have any ideas for the background? I can't really think of anything...
And I know the proportions are screwed up :/
So, I used marker/pen-things plus color pencils.

Well, basically it's talking about WWII (Some WWI, too, but only the first few episodes... Which are all 5 minutes long XD), so it has the people, representing the countries, move around and fight according to that.
