Description

My second commissioned picture of Reba of Rivermill, the protagonist of a series of novels I've been working on for a decade and my favorite character. She is, of course, a purple anthropomorphic raccoon from Indiana who uses magic mushrooms to travel between dimensions. I think she's in her early twenties in this picture (in other words, old enough to be expected to have something better to do). There is no forest of fireflies in her story... yet! Maybe now I'll have to work one in at some point. I left it up to the artist, Iovena , to decide what she was doing, and I can certainly see Reba trying to put the magic of fireflies in bottles, and then possibly letting them go free again before it's too late.

Iovena is a nifty artist whom I met when she commented on my my Undertale fan novel, and now she's in one of my weekly roleplaying groups.
