How's the smoothing option in MangaStudio? I'd like to try i out, but I'm very attached to smooth SAI brushes...

you mean aquarelle brush or blur brush? 
brushes in manga studio are more like Sai ones, with the proper settings ( I made them similar to my Sai brushes ) there's quite no difference. + pen pressure settings. 
also it contains 3D models and you can change their poses and perspective and everything. and their bodies too. 
special effect brushes, comic panels and bubbles. 
and text tool ;D
