Hello, if you do not mind I'll start with ...
Vision: In my opinion, I loved it. The first thing I saw was the face and the Japanese fan, I think it is one. Anyway back to the subject it is very well done.
Originality: It's prefect, I love the "kimimono" character, it shows as you wanted to recreate something traditional Japanese culture into something anime, which did not taste much ... is the great distance from the eyes sejas hehe XD . But this very well done.
Technique: From what I see, I notice that you use Gimp, if I'm right, if I'm not discuss it right ^^, his work is excellent, I loved it.
Impact: I'll tell you the same thing I said to another, "It's amazing what a person can do with just a simple program (Software)
when I see his face there are shadows enter 2 eyes and make me believe that the "presonages" this crying hehe XD.

Hmm, I can feel some emotions around this image. At first, I wondered what are these lines going down, but then I realized these are tears. Amirite?
Hey, also, I hope you don't mind, but I think the hair looks a bit weird. Not sure how to say what do I think about it, though, since it looks pretty nice, so overall, good job.
