After the modifications to the first eye ring I decided to start on a new ring with fresh materials. And with the a few cuts with a set of bolt cutters, drilling a couple holes, and a good two hours of filing I made this. It’s uneven and very plain, showing how I was struggling with the tools I was using. But over time I’ve learned the proper methods to using files to get the right shapes, the right place to make holes and taking my time with the cutters. My rings can only improve from here.
