First to give off the part on the "collab" part,
my sweety helped me on the color scheme, hence also colored it. :] And I did the sketch.
ANYWAYS this is the girl I was talking about that I had for a while.
Her name is "Li Ann Flor".

And yes. She's Nick's tag along in the *NightmareTournament .

I dunno if there's much of a point posting her profile here but what the hell, I'll have it posted again on the reference sheet. xP

Favorite Foods(?): Strawberries, chocolate and spicy foods

Background Story :
Li Ann is a childhood friend of Nick and she also works as a partner with him in the army.

Originally born in a small village in the outskirts of Spain, she was known as the beautiful tomboy that loved to help the village harvest fish. Then at age 15, an unknown group of soldiers attacked her home, tried to assassinate her mother and a couple other villagers.
A few days after the attack, a group of teens including Li Ann were sent to a boot camp for 18 months, in hope of building “new soldiers” by the end of the year and a half.
