Buen dibujo!
Me llama la atencion especialmente a lo que hacías referencia del "lenguaje corporal", el hecho de conseguir hacer ver la personalidad de los personajes sin necesidad de ningún tipo de diálogo o texto (atendiendo a la postura de hombros, cadera, expresión). Es increíble la cantidad de detalles a los que tenemos que prestar atención eh?

Si xD, aunque solo en la fase de crear el personaje. Luego ya te sale solo, ya que si lo dibujas de manera que el personaje "no es asi", te resulta raro a la vista porque no cuadra y lo acabas cambiando xD

Wow are they naked or is the anatomy sketch? Btw i wonder how one pulls of the side profile of the face. What happens for me is that my characther either has a horse face( long lip) or crscent fACE

I always draw first without clothes. (is the right way to draw). And then, if I want to continue the drawing, I think a clothes design (or more).
For the side profile of the face, if is a size problem, you can draw horizontal lines to position nose and chin.
